For your
convenience, PPCS accepts payment by phone through an automated phone
system. This option is free and available 24/7.
Automatic Payment Plans
With our Automatic Payment Plans, your payment will be
automatically withdrawn from your designated bank account each month.
Each automatic
payment will be clearly itemized on your monthly billing statement and on your monthly statement from your financial institution.
Electric Accounts
Your
payment will be automatically withdrawn from your designated checking or
savings
account on or about the 10th of each month. To sign up for Automatic Payment,
complete the
on-line authorization form.
Propane Accounts
Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your checking
account on or near the last business day of each month. To
sign up for Automatic Payment, complete and mail or bring this
ACH Authorization Form to Pierce Pepin Propane Services, W7725
U.S. Highway 10, PO Box 249, Ellsworth, WI 54011.
Include a voided check with your authorization.
You
may cancel participation in the Automatic Payment Plan at any time prior
to the 10th
of any month for electric accounts and the 15th of any month for propane
accounts. Simply call PPCS at 715-273-4355 or 1-800-924-2133 or
contact us by
email.
Night Depository
A night depository is available for your paying convenience
24/7. The depository is located on the
northwest side of our office building at the intersection of Hwys.10 & 63
just west of Ellsworth, Wis.
Credit Card -

PPCS accepts
VISA®, MasterCard®
and Discover®. Automatic payment by
credit card is available with proper authorization from the cardholder.
Levelized Budget Billing Program
This free program allows uniform monthly payments on
energy account(s) for electric and propane services. The budget amount
is based on your average energy usage during the previous 12 months. You
will receive a monthly bill showing your actual energy consumption
and the amount due under the Levelized Budget Billing Program. The
average budget amount is reviewed in March and August. If your
account reflects a large credit or debit, your budget amount will be
recalculated. You will be notified in writing of any change to
your budget amount.
To qualify:

You must have had an active electric or propane account for the
previous 12-month period.

All account balances must be current.

No more than three (3) late payments over the previous
12-month period.

No NSF checks submitted over the previous 12-month
period.
